How does it work?

The Steps

we’ll take together to make this happen

We zero in on the most important factor when it comes to weight loss: SUGAR. We’ll work to assess your current sugar intake and reduce it to a reasonable amount.

We then focus on the second biggest factor to weight loss. Daily movement. We’ll hold you accountable to getting in 30 min of movement daily.

As we enter our Renew Phase, it’s important we do the deep inner work to make this stick long term - working through any mindset blocks. Emotional Eating, Body Image Concerns, Food Addiction - we cover it all. From this stage onwards, your therapy coaching will begin with bi-weekly meetings with our Licensed Therapist.
In this step, we focus on routine, time management, and productivity. We’ll work to enhance your schedule to free up your time for long term success.
In week 5, we enter the transform phase. By this point, we have already built a great foundation and now it’s the time to master the skills necessary for BIG results. You’ll meet 1:1 with our team Registered Dietician and develop a meal plan that works for you. We'll then take that meal plan and master the skill of meal prepping. From this point onwards, you will be submitting bi-weekly food logs and our Registered Dietician will give you feedback and advice.

After 2 weeks of meal planning and prepping, you enter your 4 week strength training program. By the end of this program, you’ll drastically increase your strength, tone your body, and understand the fundamentals of strength training.

You'll now enter another 4 week program that will focus on strength training AND flexibility. You will strategically work your way up to a program that takes your 30 minutes of movement each day to a new level. In both of these programs, you will enjoy follow along videos from the comfort of your own home.

In these final 2 weeks, you’ll spend time mastering the 7 habits of your journey - all together.

  • Improved Gut Health

  • Continuing Emotional Healing through Therapy
  • Following Strong Routine
  • Meal Prepping/Planning with your customized meal plan
  • Strength Training and Conditioning
  • Flexibility and Mobility

“Before working with Coach Whitney and Coach Tameika, I was in search of myself, a year time was approaching after having my baby, and I felt like I couldn’t find myself, I could not lose the weight I’d gained during my pregnancy, I was tired all the time and I just didn’t have a plan to achieve my weight loss goals.

Story...

My sustainable journey to wellness began after hitting corporate burnout, enduring years of negative self talk, and navigating the modern fast paced lifestyle that lead me to hit a total health collapse. This journey to healing ignited a fire within me, I knew I had to share the knowledge and light I obtained on my journey with others. I wanted to dedicate my life's work to helping people connect with holistic wellness. I obtained my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification in India, I am a certified personal trainer and Graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My education and background allow me to support my clients in their journeys to wellness in a holistic and sustainable approach that brings not only lasting success but sheer JOY.
