How to Get to the Retreat
You need to fly from your home airport to the Málaga Airport in Spain. From there, it’s a 90 min drive to our villa.
**Please note: transport is not included.**
But don’t worry, we will schedule a 1:1 call once you have reserved your spot to make sure we help answer any question you have as we prepare you for the adventure of a lifetime!

Triple occupancy suites (Stunning two double room suites. With two tribe members sharing one room and a third tribe member in their own room. There is an Ensuite bathroom for the suite): $3299
For all bookings, a $500 deposit is required to secure your spot. Your remaining balance will be due in two installments scheduled prior to your retreat date.
FAQs
Your safety is our number one concern for every trip we run. On each retreat’s web page, we have outlined how we will be taking COVID pre-cautions based on the country’s guidelines. Rest assured, we will only run a retreat if it is safe to do so. We are amending our retreats for the foreseeable future to include many more onsite activities, as well. If you have any specific questions, after reviewing the retreats COVID measures and our Terms and Conditions, you can simply email us at tribe@thewholeexperience.org
We take all tribe members on a first come first serve basis, so our suggestion would be for you and your friend to register at the same time and email us at tribe@thewholeexperience.org that you’re interested in rooming together and we’ll be sure to make it happen if feasible!
For every retreat, we aim to release a preliminary itinerary located on the retreat web-page that gives a good idea of what we’ll be doing. It’s preliminary because we are always working to improve your experience. But not worry, before you come to the retreat, we will be releasing a final schedule to you and your tribe members!
First, we will definitely get to know you before you arrive through various formats (questionnaires, phone calls, and our facebook group). So we’ll be fully prepared for you when you arrive and we’ll do our best to customize your needs. Both of your hosts are very experienced in dealing with people of all ages, shapes, limitations, and sizes – so no need to worry!
Once payment is made and your flight is booked (and you’ve purchased travel insurance) our intention is for you to simply show up to our retreat and we’ll take care of the rest! The total price will cover accommodation, food, all group activities, and group transportation during the retreat. You can bring extra spending money for souvenirs and additional activities. You will be responsible and required to obtain your own travel insurance.

We are so honored to take a tribe of women to Cape Town, South Africa each year. You will absolutely love our villa that is nestled at the foothills of the majestic Table Mountain. In addition being spoiled with in villa massages, amazing farm-to-table meals, holistic wellness workshops and of course meditation and fitness. We love getting our women out to explore Cape Town:
- We Visited the historic sight of Robben Island to see where Mandela and several other freedom fighters served time
- We enjoyed a beautiful day in the world renowned wineries of Stellenbosch, South Africa
- We explored incredible views at Table Mountain National Park, Chapmans Peak, Cape of Good Hope
- We hung with the penguins at Boulders Beach
- We visited the Townships and historical museums

Who dreams of a summer in Tuscany? This is one of our happy places. The historic cobblestone streets, amazing food and vibrant culture make Italy a place like no other on earth. We filled our time with all kinds of glorious experiences in Tuscany. Our retreat included our standard array of workouts, spa time, focus on mindfulness/yoga, and of course AMAZING food. However, we also enjoyed unique italian experiences like:
- Shopping in the bustling city of Florence
- Enjoying a historic walking tour and taking in the Italian opera
- Truffle hunting with our very own truffle dog
- Cooking classes where we learned to make our own pasta!
- And of course it would not be a trip to Italy without a little wine tasting!
It is truly important to us to provide a well-rounded experience for our retreats. In addition to this, it is all experienced with the most AMAZING women. What a week! We hope to welcome you to our next adventure like this!
Greece was a complete dream! Being in Greece, you are in constant awe of the beauty of this land. This retreat is nothing short of magical. Daily yoga / meditation, bootcamps, internal work, workshops – and then exploring magical GREECE!
- We sailed the Greek islands on the Mediterranean sea
- Explored small historical villages with yummy cafes and shopping
- Enjoyed a cooking class at what Vanity Fair ranked the “Best Organic Restaurant” in the world.
We also spent time spoiling the ladies! Spa treatments, girl nights, gifts, and giving them all the tools necessary to live a whole and healthy life. And not to mention the HOURS spent in happiness, laughter, and pure joy. We came as strangers, but left as family.
Definitely one of the best weeks of our lives! It was a wellness retreat that focuses on an adventure while having the opportunity to reset and restore mind, body, and spirit.
We stayed for 4 nights in a private resort and 3 nights glamping on safari in the beautiful Tsavo National Park. We loved the game drives and saw the big 5 – elephants, lions, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes. We enjoyed the sunrise and yoga on the beach, intention setting, delicious meals prepared by our chef, therapeutic massages, tribe bonding, and more!
